El Pollo Loco is known for its friendly customer service, with staff who are always nice and dress up differently each month. The restaurant serves traditional-tasting food, but the chicken can be a bit dry, especially the thigh. The location is in a plaza with incorrect opening hours listed on Google. The restaurant's green sauce is a highlight. However, there is only one functioning bathroom, which may not always flush properly.
