Great hotel, close to the airport! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, well maintained & Quiet hallways. Only complaint is that the pillows are way too soft. ( took away a star for this reason) would have preferred some memory foam pillows for better comfort and a well rested sleep! All AC hotels have same kind of pillows regardless of the location in the US I feel! Other than this minor issue everything else was good about the hotel!
Unlike the Westin or other Marriott’s, this one has clean modern rooms. The location is really close to the airport. The San Francisco bay trail goes right by and offers beautiful views from the room windows in the morning.
I stay at this hotel for work and as a titanium elite member I see a lot of hotels. The facility is good, nice gym, good clean modern rooms and the bar/restaurant is pretty solid. The big issue is the service at the front desk(if you can call it service). Quite often there is no one around, but if there is, they are consistently unfriendly, not interested in helping guests or even checking you in. This is not an occasional thing, it is every time with different employees over...
