I had an amazing experience at AC Hotel San Francisco Airport/Oyster Point Waterfront. Roshni was incredibly helpful and guided me so nicely throughout my stay. She was friendly, attentive, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. Her excellent service really made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and especially Roshni, for her wonderful hospitality!
I had an excellent stay before catching an early flight from SFO. The gentleman at the front desk provided an exceptional guest experience and was quite detailed-oriented. I mentioned during our interaction that I was flying to SFO-YVR-ICN and that I would be rendezvousing with my girlfriend at YVR. Upon check-out, I asked for a dental kit and I was provided two dental kits--an extra one for my girlfriend. I thought it was a nice touch that he remembered and provided an extra...
Hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, located in a quiet biotech area. No shuttle to and from the airport provided by the hotel. Front desk staff are helpful, there are some complimentary nuts/candies/water at the front desk. The bar / restaurant is allright, not amazing. There is a hotel pool which is quite small and a small gym next to the pool. The room is clean and comfortable. Nice view of an inlet from our room and the restaurant as well
