It’s now HKR Andy’s after change in ownership. This is our go to restaurant after visiting parents at cemetery. Authentic Chinese food, a local favorite - very popular among Filipino families. All the dishes we had were delicious.
Definitely a diamond in the rough. You would never think that such a small restaurant in a strip mall could have such amazing food. Definitely. A place to stop by and try out. Why did I not take some photos? Food was too good and I forgot! but you should still give it a try!
