It is fast food so it isn't perfect and quality can suffer but all in all I have been going here for years and have been pretty lucky as food is usually decent. Like I said it is fast food so sometimes it sucks but these old fast food franchises seem to be giving up in bay area. Places like Carl's Jr have completely given up and many others clearly don't care. But this one keeps punching and providing decent food. On my last visit I had burger and two tacos. The food is OK for fast food, however, they could never get the order right. Double check your bag before you leave because it never fails. They never get it right. Went back and told him what was missing even then they gave me the order and it was wrong. I asked for a refund no more at this Jack-in-the-Box South city fast food establishments have failed and providing customer service and getting their orders, right

I placed an order through the app and came to pick it up. It was about 11:45AM and the doors were locked, but people were inside. It looked like two people were on break and two were working the drive through. I called, but no one picked up (and I let it ring for a while). When the drive thru was cleared up, I walked up to the window to ask for my food. It had been ready and waiting. I'm not sure why the store was closed or why no one could open the door for me.
