Honestly I really like the food here. I ve had it to go and also eaten there personally parking is decent depends when you go since it's in a shopping center. Me and my wife we usually get the salt and pepper chicken wings as a party tray and normally when we get it it's a real hit. This review is for the rice plates: Was craving for some lunch rice plate and decided to go to HKR. I ordered the tomato beef rice plate and my dad ordered the tofu beef rice plate. Each plate cost $12.95, which is a good price. The portion was decent and satisfying. The beef in each of the rice plate was tender. The sauce is superb and i mixed it all with the rice.
