Today I went to rodeo 39 in Garden Grove with some friends and I stumbled across Kra Z Kai's. It was my second time trying Laos barbecue. This place is a hidden gem for sure. Everything was the delicious. The ribs were marinated for 24 hours. The barbecue pork and the chicken were all marinated in the same sauce. The owner told me the service was fast and this whole ambience was nice some of the best food I've had in a long time next time I'm going to Garden Grove....

Love the food court here! Has just about any Asian dish you crave. I would prefer to come to Rodeo over those pop up markets where you have to pay to park and some stalls cost more per dish with no other service or amenities.

Back to Kra’s. Craving Lao food, ordered the Lao sausage. Not sure what they charge but Iit was bland. Jeow mak len is more like salsa, not roasted, spicy with fish sauce. Both tasted water down for this Lao guy.

The drinks were delicious— the jungle juice is out of this world, and the pineapple juice is super fresh. The service was above and beyond and the employee was super accommodating to allergies. Definitely a must try stop.
