Jimmies place is inside Mr. D'S which is a nice dive bar to hang out with great parking. Has live music on Wednesdays i believe. I came specifically for the sushi and it was great. The chef served us at the bar as we watched baseball and it was a great experience getting served sushi with the dive bar environment. The place is all cash and has an ATM. For the chef who makes the sushi I give an A for the environment. Great price for the food.

Very loud music. You cannot hold a conversation.
That might be the deciding factor whether we go back or not. Which is sad. Because the sushi is really good.
Most of the tables are really tiny. Not made for comfortable dining. We couldn’t fit our dinner on the table and we had to put half of the stuff on the chair! They’re not really set up for a great dining experience.

I've gone here a couple times now. I was in love with the original Jimmy's Place sushi, but now I have love for this place. Convenient to drive to from my house. The portion size and quality of the food is 10/10. Service is 10/10. Salvador is the BEST!!! Thank you!!!
