Been to a few Ggiata locations but I LOVE this location!!! The customer service is unmatched here and I will forever be a regular! My man Saba is AMAZING and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m one satisfied customer! Thanks to the whole crew for always providing top notch service and quality food!
I really love their sandwiches, & the food is usually delicious. However, I was a little disappointed when I asked if they could remove the pickles from my sandwich due to my allergy, but they refused. Instead, they offered me a cookie, which I appreciated, but I would have much rather enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich I originally wanted. I understand that restaurants have their policies, but I don't think it would be too difficult to leave off the pickles due to an allergy....read full review
I called and got confirmation my order would be ready by 12:30. Then I got a notification my order was being prepared at 12:26. My order wasn’t ready until 1:20. They gave me a bottle of lemonade to compensate which was cool. Then one of the sandwiches were supposed to be gluten free which they got wrong and Thank God it was noticed before it was eaten. Outside of that, sandwiches were good.
