We visited Sushi Stop on Saturday at 11 AM, as listed on Google Maps, but were told by the staff that they actually open at 11:30 AM. This was disappointing and frustrating since we had planned our visit based on the posted hours. They should update their Saturday opening time on Google Maps to avoid confusion for future customers

Seriously, no good. I found a hair in our veggie roll. I understand stuff happens but staff barely cared with no apologies or sense of increasing customer service. They replaced the roll but I still had to wait a long time after it arrived for wasabi. Also veggie tempura appetizer was sad, tasteless 2 carrot pieces, one chunk of zucchini and a sweet potato for nearly $7. Sometimes you get what you pay for and $36 was way too much for a lousy meal with hair.

If you close at 10pm and not 10:30pm on Sunday then change your google hours so customers don’t have to drive their for nothing!!! Also have your staff turn off their open signage!!! Instead of saying “we are busy servicing customers” and that’s why we didn’t change it but we are close… very bad service and customer service.

I order here all the time. So much I’ve lost count. However, you guys need to do a better job with your takeout service. If you promise a time (ours was 7:30), we shouldn’t have to wait an extra 30+ minutes, especially if the dine in is not busy. At one point, I counted 11 people waiting for their orders (and it’s extremely cold tonight). You can help your community out by simply hiring more staff, have the servers help out the only person packing orders instead of just standing around, or don’t promise a time you cannot keep. The food is great otherwise.

The sushi was delicious, but please specify the number of rolls on the website, because when ordering it is unclear how many pieces I order. There was only a photo of California (8 pieces), and I expected that there would be 8 other rolls, but 4 and 5 pieces of rolls came, which upset me.

Terrible customer service. I order all the Time from them the same exact order and the one time they screwed up they had zero interest in making it right. I will never EVER order from them again. #integrityislost

The sushi ? was horrible. All falling apart and ? NO taste
Sushi rolls just the same, no idea how to make a hand roll.
I ordered spicy so they gave me ? for spice. The waiters when i asked for more Wasabi sad look how much you got, it's a lot. I found a bone in my yellow tail fish hand rolls. I was there two times " First and the last"

If you are going to have Uber/DoorDash/Etc delivering for you, you need to change your computers to put a pause on pickups for at least 15 minutes after an order goes through. You're messing with the money of delivery drivers.

The worst sushi shop. I order chicken bowl and they had the nerve to bring my old chicken. Who ever eats at this nasty place needs to be ashamed of their self and the owners don’t care if you’re serving your customers food like that. Terrible place.

I ordered three positions of rolls and they were all terrible, the rice tasted as if it had been cooked yesterday, the fish had bones, it was pale and tasteless, the lemon on one of the positions was old, wrinkled and dried out, the rolls were rolled sloppily and not cut evenly, it was normal only a seaweed salad, but you almost don’t need to prepare it, maybe I was unlucky with the sushi chef, but even if only one of the chefs is so bad, I absolutely don’t recommend the establishment since they allowed him to work
