The Omakase UME No 1 was a well balanced meal, with incredibly well balanced fish, including Akame Toro sashimi that melted in our mouths. The dessert of lychee and yuzu ice cream with green tea mochi was a sweet finale. The restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere and is buzzing with other diners.
