“Ice cream was great and the store was clean. I also noticed that the cashier named Katie was very patient with the lady in front of me. The women admitted to not knowing what size cake she wanted when making her order but demanded “some kind of refund” when she realized that the cake was too small upon pickup. Unfortunate that workers have to endure poor treatment but Katie handled the customer with a great amount of professionalism.“

“My daughter wanted an ice cream cake for her birthday this year and she wanted a very specific and special character, that isn’t very popular. Not only did Baskin Robbins on Alamo make it happen in all her favorite flavors but it was beautifully decorated and the character was perfect! They pulled it together in 3 days and kept up with communication the whole time so not one mistake was made. She was sooooo happy. SEAN is magnificent his work is flawless and his effort, care and work ethic is top notch. THANK YOU!“

“Kids cup had two large scoops in each cup. The got strawberry and chocolate chip, respectively, and love it.I got a small cup with a scoop of mango and a scoop of lemon sorbet. Both were full of flavor and very smooth. Would definitely come again!“

“Went in 10/24/25 at around 3, didn’t ask the girls name but she was amazing. It looked like she was working alone but she was so polite, and quick. Everytime my fiancé and I go the girls are consistently rude, roll their eyes overall seem just unhappy with their job. 5 starts for the girl today. I don’t normally write reviews but she deserved the praise.“

“Pretty easy to get to from i80. Was researching online to visit the factory store on the peninsula South of SF and found this gem. All the same products and ice cream sandwich only $2 each!! Will be a regular stop for my frequent drives from Sacramento to the Bay! Note, parking was limited as only street spots available. However, had no problem finding a spot Saturday around noon!“
