“The menu online is nothing like the menu at the drive thru. They didn't have the 5 piece they do online. The young man said 'oh, the menus aren't the same'. Which sucks. Instead of the 5 piece, I had to get the 8 piece and it was $40+ dollars. Not what I expected to pay.“

“ordered online, scheduled a delivery for a specific time. The delivery arrived on time. We ordered buffalo and Honey boneless wings along with a half/half made to order Large pizza. Did not disappoint. Wings were on point, pizza had PLENTY of toppings. The ONLY thing I would say negative would be the cost, but what's the old adage? "You get what you pay for" and what we received, was deliciousness“

“Absolutely love this place! We always end up ordering late at night, thank God they're open until 12am lol. The guy already knows it's me when I give him my pizza order and asks if I want my regular sides to go with it. He has the food ready fastand this stuff is epic! Ingredients are top quality and always fresh. They are on the pricey side but it's totally worth it for the food.“

“Unprofessional Behavior from staff , Evident descriminatory behavior for customer in drive thru, Extended unnecessary wait time in drive thru 10 min before acknowledging customer in drive through and order then another 20 minutes to wait for only a drink order only 1 car ahead of me no cars behind when asked for Managers name bullying customer would not give name and told should of come in. I chose drive thru for disability this is descrmination cost 1/4 tank of Gas to be treated unprofessionally, bullied and discriminated against and just out right ignored in all respects“

“I went through the drive through with a friend for a fried breakfast, expecting the mid-teir chicken and soggy fries like every other experience at a Raising Canes. But what I wasn't expecting was for the best chicken meal I have ever had in my life. The chicken was soft and juicy, with a crisp crunchy breading that just fell apart in your mouth. The main show is the fries tho, they are hot, as fresh as it can get, the hot fry was soft yet crisp. It was the world's most perfect French fry. The toast was soft and buttery, also very fresh. I will definitely be returning to California, not for the beaches or sunsets. Only for this particular Raising Canes location.“

My son came here the other day on his 30 minute lunch break from WSS... took them 30 minutes to fulfill the order... late returning to work... Today I come in and ask for 6 of the Tuesday Specials Mild and 6 Spicy... and after repeating my order 3 times, of course there's going to be a wait because there's only two racks of chicken done... And when I go to cash out, the obviously new cashier (because he didn't know how to ring up the Tuesday Specials and had to ask) rang me up for 13 orders instead of 12... “I was in town and decided on pizza, I stopped for a drink and noticed a pizza spot called Pizza Factory. I walked it was busy I was still greeted, which i appr.I didn't wait long until I was greated with a great warm and welcoming attitude with the smile on his face. I later found out bet the man's name was Bear. He was kind he was quick, he was quick to answer any questions that I had. I'm a bit of a picky eater when it comes to my pizza. He had no hesitation on accommodating my alterations for my pizza. He he even suggested a new alteration for me which turned out to be fantastic. He was also great at explaining to me the specials that they have their to you know save some money which was fantastic and I appreciate that of him. I may not do reviews very often, when I do it is because I would like to let the business know that they do have a very good employee working in their store. I was at the Pizza Factory at 23811 Washington Avenue Suite 106 in Murrieta California 92562 my name is SJ just wanted to give a nice little review for Mr Bear! I'd select app and I would be happy to return do this nice little establishment that I happen to come across as long as Bear is working. I know some pretty awesome companies will give her some pretty cool incentives to their employees maybe some Employee of the Month type thing or a little movie tickets or hey even a nice pay raise (HiINT HINT).
