I ordered uber eats and called them asking to make all flats. Just like I do anywhere I order bon chon. The guy that answered sounded drunk and told me bon chon doesn’t do that. I informed him that I call when I order and they do. He said it would mess up their inventory. I asked for a manager and he said no because you are going to complain about me. I said I just want all flats. He said ok bye and hung up on me. He was either drunk or high.

The chicken had extreme salt/msg on outside and bland inside. The corn cheese was just a huge scam honestly

I yesterday visited sunnyvale bonchon to pickup 2 order from uberEats between 7:15 pm to 7:45 pm. I kindly requested to check for my order , and the female employee reaction was so awkward and rude , she made me feel low , and also its our duty to say to every customer and merchant store employee to give us good rating , when i told her to please give me like or good rating , she told we dont know how to give and you can go now very rudely , after 15 minutes , i got email from uber that i was given Bad report feedback and dislike from Bonchon restaurant, i got mentally depressed, i was not able to sleep , i may loose my account of ubereats within 72 hours if my rating didn’t got good. What was my fault ? You made my life terrible 😣😭. I will visit your store today and file a complaint of mentally depressed on your employee , i remember the face of girl who did this 😣

Great friendly service. Food was reasonably priced and portion sizes were pretty big. The fried chicken was perfect, super crispy but also juicy. Restaurant was pretty small and dimly lit. Overall great place
