The soy garlic chicken strips are the best chicken I've had in my entire life. No exaggeration... This is literally the most delicious crispy, slightly sweet, yet savory chicken dish I've ever had in my entire lifetime. Mic drop. I can't wrap my head around why anyone would give this less than five stars.
This is the best single meal I've had in over a year (and I've eaten in at least 50 restaurants in the last year).

Used to love this Korean chicken store a lot. However, I feel recently the flavor changed. The chicken wings are not seasoned well, not juicy and flavorful anymore. Disappointed. The soy garlic sauce flavor changed as well, I only tasted salty flavor. Good thing is they could do half and half.

Extremely rude. We had complained of our food being undercooked, and stated that we did not want to eat the undercooked food, and therefore we did not pay. We were talked to like we were less than. And they said if we left that would be considered a dine-n-dash. Insane.

Stopped by for a quick lunch with friend. Ordered Fried potstickers ,shrimp shumai,Katsu chicken and tasted great!
Haven’t had bonchon for a while, but I remember having their bulgogi fries couple years back. It was quite good. So I came back to just have it again. But it is so different now, and idk what happened. I was served a plate of melted cheese with sprinkles of fries and beef. 2 stars for being good in my memory. So long.

Ordered 45 minutes in advance because I had a tight window. When I arrived, the food wasn’t ready. Took eight more minutes and I was late to my appointment.
I asked for a refund when they told me they were running late and they could not do that so I had to sit there and wait for the food. When the employee called the manager, he would not speak with me Horrible customer service Horrible location

I believe we ordered boneless wings? But not completely sure.
Also ordered a combo...which came with 3 drums, fries, and donut.
Chicken overall was good. Fries, I wish was a bit hotter. Donut was inedible. Definitely avoid it.
Lots of seating inside. Easy parking in the plaza.
