PLEASE HELP. I left my yellow tan bag in there hanging on a chair. SATURDAY FEBRUARY 7 2026. 5:30 pm. can I please come get it keep it safe for me I came in there we paid and left around 5:30pm. we had the tables right by the bathrooms and ordered 2 cheese dogs with bulgogi fries and the tteokbokki and the drumsticks and 2 diet cokes!!!!

I understand the difference between flats and drumettes. What I was served were drumsticks(legs), not wings. Repeatedly.
Dismissing a recurring mistake as “customer confusion” doesn’t fix the issue. If cutting corners is part of your operation, then please don’t present yourselves as experts, and do this ''teaching'' stuff.
Here is original post: I usually quite like the chicken wings this brand and other dishes from this restaurant, but this time I just couldn't tolerate it anymore. I've ordered wings several times, but each time I received a mix of drumsticks and wings. Why do they have to be so stingy? Isn't this considered fraud?!
Because I ordered pickup and delivery each time, I didn't check the order until I got home, and I was really angry 😤

food quality has degraded a lot since last time i had spicy wings here. the wings were dry and not glazed properly.

I ordered uber eats and called them asking to make all flats. Just like I do anywhere I order bon chon. The guy that answered sounded drunk and told me bon chon doesn’t do that. I informed him that I call when I order and they do. He said it would mess up their inventory. I asked for a manager and he said no because you are going to complain about me. I said I just want all flats. He said ok bye and hung up on me. He was either drunk or high.

I WONT BE GOING BACK Food used to be good but the last few times it’s been pretty bad, also had a mixup with my order. The last time and manager was no help at all, I won’t be going back., Try Starbird chicken instead

The chicken had extreme salt/msg on outside and bland inside. The corn cheese was just a huge scam honestly
