“I had the pleasure of working with the team at this store to celebrate my sister's recent achievement—she completed her Bachelor’s degree a semester early! I wanted to surprise her with a cake that would not only reflect her graduation but also add to the special occasion. Despite it being December and the busy Christmas season (a time when graduation-themed decorations aren’t exactly in abundance), the staff went above and beyond to make it happen.

The employees went out of their way to search the back for the perfect decorations to fit the graduation theme. I truly appreciated their effort and dedication. When the cake arrived, I was blown away by both the taste and the thoughtful presentation. The cake was not only delicious but also beautifully decorated, making it a memorable part of my sister’s celebration.

The customer service I received was exceptional—everyone was kind, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. “Mrs. Fields in Valley Fair is elite. Cookies are perfect. Soft, chewy, and just baked to perfection. The gentlemen who served the cookies was friendly, which we appreciated. Sidenote, shame on you heathens leaving one star reviews — there is only one Mrs. Fields located in the San Jose area and you want to shut it down because they didn’t give you milk? Give me a break. Anyone leaving a one star review, just don’t. Because I like eating here. And I don’t want to drive 30 gosh darn minutes to the next closest one.
