Merit has been here for decades. There are several other vegan Chinese/Vietnamese restaurants on the Peninsula. I find this one to be consistently the best. The menu is enormous, and each dish is unique in it's flavor and presentation. Service is fast. I disagree with a previous reviewer who thinks the neighborhood is unsafe; it isn't.

One of the best vegan restaurants in the Bay Area! The amount of flavor that they put into each dish without using any animal products is astounding and is one of our go-to stops for an affordable, delicious meal. Long time customer!
