Amazing experience. Delicious wine and food. Loved the atmosphere and the owner is so nice. I’ll be here as often as possible.
Mahmood, the owner is extremely welcoming and gracious. The music is a nice surprise for a Thursday afternoon as well. A family emergency and busy afternoon caused a delay in our food order, as his wife wasn't available to help him, but he kindly offered to take one of the food items from our tab despite the extenuating circumstances. I really appreciate his generosity and certainly recommend Moods to anyone wanting a great wine bar with a friendly atmosphere!

Moods. Wine Bar and Bistro is a welcoming spot with a friendly atmosphere. The owner is extremely welcoming and gracious, and the owners are a wife and husband duo who are super friendly and hospitable. Guests enjoy a flight of reds, a glass of pinot blanc, and tasting wines from both California and abroad, with wine flights to sample from a list of ~30 wines. The music is a nice surprise, with videos from 80s and 90s, and jazz style live music inside which is a regular feature. The ambiance is comfortable/relaxed and feels like home. Food items include a charcuterie plate, the Mezza (3 part combo of the aushak, eggplant, and chicken), chicken kebab, and an eggplant dish. Moods is doggie friendly with patio space and water bowls. Guests recommend stopping in for kind service, relaxing atmosphere, and good happy hour deals.
