A family emergency and busy afternoon caused a delay in our food order, as his wife wasn't available to help him, but he kindly offered to take one of the food items from our tab despite the extenuating circumstances. I really appreciate his generosity and certainly recommend Moods to anyone wanting a great wine bar with a friendly atmosphere!“

“My wife & I had Sekoya's 3-yr anniversary prix fixe meal. Everything just plain delicious. The Bavette steak was killer, the burrata starter excellent. My wife loved her yellowtail starter and halibut main. The butterscotch and watermelon desserts were delish. I brought a bottle and was treated to excellent wine service, beautiful glassware, with a (by today's standards) very reasonable $35 corkage. Sekoya is now on our radar, and we'll be back!“

The service is friendly and prompt and the best part is they sing a birthday song for you in opera style if you're celebrating a birthday.“

“Tried Roja in Los Altos on 8/25. We had a group gathering, dinner was very good. Menu selection is good. We brought our own wine and there was a corkage fee. The restaurant is not too big but we had 12 of us and was able to fit.

The rib eye dish was excellent. The duck breast also looks very good. Overall we had a good time. The food and service were very good.“

The food was really good and so were the cocktails, the ambiance is classy although it has a bit of that hotel lounge look. It was quite empty for a Friday evening, seems a bit underrated, maybe because of the location.“
