Best Deep Dish Pizza in Sunnyvale!! 12/10, +2 for the fresh ricotta and hot honey add ins, beers on tap, great new layout (a tasteful edit from previous Slice of NY) with 4 TV's (all with the world cup soccer games on!) and pizza slices available. Would love some more craft beers like Bare Bottle and Humble Sea, but that is me asking for my favorites.... this SOH location is next level for pizza!! Also, the manager is a great guy who is family to the founder helping to expand SOH. Wishing continued success! So happy we have a SOH in Sunnyvale.

Absolutely doesn't carry the energy/flavor of the San Jose location and the staff is slow as molasses. It's honestly not totally their fault since the location is not great but I was pretty let down, it felt like every other California pizza joint and survives off of a decent recipe. I'm sure a fresh pie is still amazing but our reheated slices were very obviously sitting for some time.

If you're from the east coast, and want the best NY pizza then this place is hands down the best pizza i've tried in the bay. Get the NY/Cheese pie. The staff and customer service are also incredible. And I highly recommend getting their homemade ranch on the side.

This is a sit down restaurant. There are multiple tables and seats now. We ordered our pizza ahead so that it would be almost ready by the time we got there and wanted to eat it there.
We got the Sicilian which we love, we usually get the Margherita but tried the one with the three sauces for the first time which was great!! Service was also great, friendly and fast.

The product is excellent. Crust is as exceptional as the SJ operation. Selection is very lacking, only cheese and pepp available by the slice, and the square ones. Also have these pinwheel things that is not my thing. Tables were not clean however and the place is quite dark. So if you like pizza, live or work nearby, you should try it just to help out the place and keep it alive.

This is a tough review for me. The pizza is excellent. One of my favorites in the South Bay. The dough, toppings, bake, etc are all excellent. But my god the price!

The 14in American classic (typical combo fully loaded with meat, pepperoni, onion, pepper, etc) was $48. Which is already really steep, but I actually felt most ripped off by the wings.

Their menu on the delivery apps doesn't state the count of the wing order (they offer only one size). I took a gamble and ordered it anyways, hoping $20 would buy maybe 12 wings.

For $20 you get SEVEN wings. SEVEN!!! They were also overcooked and soggy.

I guess it's cool that their ranch comes in such large cups. It's also obviously made in house and pretty good ranch.

But please look at the picture of the two items I ordered and ask yourself if it's worth $70 BEFORE tax and delivery fees.

If Homage means a poor execution of the original, then this is truly a Homage. RIP ASONY. I am deeply disappointed by the new ownership.

They have no menu’s inside and only accept whole pizza orders online, despite having registers.
Then their website’s design is mess. With their Pizza’s being listed with so many marketing terms in their toppings that it’s impossible to quickly tell what is in which pizzas.

But the main reason I will never return is that they have ceased offering gluten free crusts.

At the time of this review they are still a take out only spot and are working on their interior.

They are however still one of the better pizza spots in the bay area in my opinion. Great dough and good flavors.

Pricing might seem a bit high but for the food it's a good value. Would recommend if interested.

This is our favorite pizza place in the Bay area. I love the Red Head and my kids love the Pizza Guy and the Detroit vs Everybody. ❤️

This place takes pizza seriously. Almost asony quality. The dough is exceptional, with perfect chew, great flavor, and obviously made with care. The cheese is top-tier quality, rich without being greasy. It was not oily at all. Which is impressive. That alone is worth this price point. Their sauce is fresh and bright; I personally found it a little on the lighter side, but that actually let the other ingredients shine through.

The pepperoni was a standout, with deep, savory flavor and not the “fake” kind you sometimes get. We also tried the veggie pizza, and honestly, it blew us away. The toppings were crisp, fresh, and balanced beautifully with the crust. You can tell they put thought into every bite.

Our order took about 10 minutes longer than quoted (40 minutes total), which was a little frustrating.

If you are looking for pizza with quality ingredients and craftsmanship, this spot delivers.

Always get the 18 inch. Best value.
