Jua & Mao treat us like family. Been going here for way over a decade. The food is outstanding! We love the basil beef, pad thai, tom yum soup, red curry chicken and the mango sticky rice. Can’t beat the great price, too!!

I visited Thai Basil in Sunnyvale recently and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially since it was my first time and I needed a bit of guidance on how everything worked. The interior ambiance is cozy (though a bit dim), and there’s decent parking nearby (including a garage across the street). Because many people complain about inconsistent service or flavor, I came in with low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food I tried was...

In downtown Sunnyvale , in Murphy avenue, good food, nice laid back interiors, kinda slow service. Lots of vegetarian options too in their menu. Medium spice level seems optimal choice in my opinion.
