“Jack n the box n susanville has always seemed to struggle with fast service. However, last time I was there I must say they have improved 100x over! They were fast friendly and the environment was not tense or stressed and they were very busy. They're new crew displayed great teamwork and communication and they nailed my order! Kudos guys keep up the good work!
If only the prices could be a bit more friendly.... Just saying corporate sheesh...“

“I ordered a world Burger and pickle fries and they were both amazing! The flavor of the Burger was great and wasn't tainted with a bunch of preservatives. Fresh and delightful, I will definitely be going back while I am in town. Haven't been able to find a good Burger like that since the awful awful Burger at the old little nugget in Reno. I look forward to trying more of the menu.“
