“Horseless Carriage restaurant is an American diner located at the Galpin Ford dealership serving up large portions of old fashioned and modern comfort food for reasonable prices.

I came to visit Galpin Ford recently after visiting the nearby Sepulveda VA center to look at a pickup trucks for my elderly veteran friend's 5th wheel. Afterwards we were in the mood for a good old fashioned American breakfast and this place really hit the spot!

Pass the big American flag just east of the dealership where a cute sunny patio, counter seating, cozy booths and well spaced tables are all available and wheelchair accessible.

There's an early bird breakfast special which offers light breakfast for under ten dollars for early risers.

We ordered French toast with eggs, bacon and sausage. The French toast was drenched in eggy batter, the bacon was lean and crispy, the eggs were cooked to perfection.

Our server was friendly and service was fast. Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant to you fellow world travelers.

Fun inside scoop. I was in a band when I was teenager and the owner of this dealership was often in the crowd singing along. He's an awesome guy. I'm not surprised this restaurant is so beloved by everyone!“

“Really good classic Italian food in Burbank. We say didn't and ate. We got meatball sandwich which is really yummy. The meatballs are huge and the sauce is delicious. It's exactly what you want in a meatball sandwich Love the food here. There is also a little Italian market attached to the restaurant that has lots of good stuff and a little deli as well“

“That Saugus Steak is an amazing dinner! Salad, then the bacon wrapped steak. Veggies, potato, rice, fries are some of the options for the 2 sides. And yummy garlic toast. The steak was delicious, the veggies cooked nicely. And afters? A cup of ice cream. With sodas, we totalled out under $70. Same as Sizzler nowadays, and far more delicious. Plus eating in a cool historic site. Waitress was super friendly, other patrons also happy to be there. Great oldies playing, we all sang along to some primo hits! We return for a pleasant dinner often, even though it's a half hour drive from home.“

Marissa walked by frequently to check on me and ask if I need something or order something. She always make you feel comfortable. “I had the wild salmon salad. It was pretty good! At least the fish was seasoned with salt and pepper and was cooked perfectly. Salmon is usually a hit or miss with a lot of establishments. Either it's not cooked enough all the way or it's cooked too much to where it's dry and just not good. A lot of places don't even season the fish either. So great job, Denny's.

“Chili John’s is a piece of Burbank history! The food is great, the building has an old soul and staff is phenomenal. 10/10 recommend.“

“I come and have dinner at this restaurant since 2007 when my kids were little but now I only take my wife for a dinner sometimes and a good reason for it, is that we both enjoy how they treat us.
I came tonight again and they had my house keys i left on the seat last time i was there and they had them saved to give back to me.

“Can in here at 10pm, just an hour before they closed. Which honestly I wasn't expecting a Denny's to close at 11pm. But the gracious waiter and cook sat my family down and gave us one of the best experiences at a Denny's you'll ever have. The staff went out of their way to deliver a great experience for us.“

“We stopped by this Denny’s for a late-night meal and were seated promptly by the hostess. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving before ordering because the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, which made it hard to imagine enjoying a meal there. It also felt like the hostess was trying to seat everyone in one section, even though the restaurant had plenty of open seating. Not the most welcoming experience, but hopefully just an off night.“
