“Was in town for a few days for vacay and ran into this place on a Google search. Definitely a neighborhood bar vibe with a lot of regulars from what I could tell from hearing them talk. “We used the place for a scene in a film. The place was really impressive. As a musician I usually find it hard to play gigs in smaller spaces. But this place is modern and updated. The stage is nice with plenty of room for a drum kit and still move around. They have nice stage lighting and an overall good musical club vibe. I will definitely book shows at this club for my band. It is a great spot for live shows.“

“Came here after seeing an Instagram post featuring the skillet burger with all that perfectly melted cheese, and I had to try it. Honestly, so glad I did. This was my first time at Applebee’s and I was pleasantly surprised — the food was great and totally hit the spot.

Shoutout to my server, Savan, who was amazing from start to finish. She gave great recommendations and even let me know they offer happy hour all evening when football is on (which is dangerous information in the best way)

“I’ve been coming to this spot since it was the Celtic Raven, and I happened to walk in on Chela’s Cantina during its soft launch. I’ve been a regular ever since day one. The owner is phenomenal, and the crowd it attracts is just as great! friendly, welcoming, and full of good vibes.

There’s always something to do here: enjoy music, grab some food and drinks, hop on karaoke, or play a round of pool. While the alcohol selection is smaller compared to bigger bars, it actually introduced me to wine spirits and gave me a new appreciation for trying something different.

If you’re looking for a small, local atmosphere with a strong sense of community, I highly recommend Chela’s Cantina. It’s truly a hidden gem!“

“I stopped here to watch the Dodgers World Series game 1. This is the local dive bar, the crowd was loud but the Dodgers had a walkoff home run so I was expecting some noise. Pool table was old school, only a quarter to play with a chalkboard of who’s next. I had a fun evening and the lady behind the bar bought me a beer, how often does that ever happen. A five star evening for me!“

Parking: the restaurant has ample parking since it’s in a large shopping area, anchored by CVS.

Tips: they offer a good variety of draft beers. They have pork hock, which goes great with beer when watching a game.“

A local told me some good shooter come in. There was none when I was there. Great bartender. Younger crowd. People laughing. Didn’t see any one acting a fool. Good crowd. One of the locals set his bee on a table and sat on it with his feet off the ground. I get the vibe that pool isn’t that important to the local crowd.
