Our recent stay at Sunnyside Hotel, we spent over $6,000, was highly disappointing. Maureen was extremely unprofessional & rude. Upon our return from lunch on the lake the manager complained that our dog had been left alone "all day," which was not true. We were gone for only 4 hrs. When I tried to explain this, the concierge rudely argued with me in front of other guests and became confrontational.
