I booked a dinner reservation at Bolero for my parents 60 and 65 birthdays three months in advance. On the day of our reservation the weather showed a forecast of rain. We arrived 2 hours ahead of our reservation time in hopes of an earlier reservation. What a feast we had in Boleros Easter Sunday brunch! There was a great selection of scrumptious & well balanced food from meat, fish, seafood, salads, grains, veggies, fruits, desserts, cheese board,etc. Food was excellently seasoned with no repetition of flavors.
