We intended to have a full dinner but didn't make it past the tapas, there were too many that sounded too good to pass up. We had the Cauliflower, Churrasco and the Matador Sliders, everything was prepared fresh and had great flavor combinations. The wine flight is great if you can't decide. My husband declared their ceviche the best he's had outside of Peru. Every dish we had was delicious. I can't recommend their brussels sprouts more. I have tried to emulate them and can't our server. Marlene was well trained and lovely.
Our food was delicious and the breakfast was reasonably priced. We went for my husbands birthday breakfast and he was happy with the experience. Our server (I believe her name was Andrea- pretty wears glasses if that's not her name) was awesome! Highly Recommend Bolero for breakfast.
