The bagels are great, but good luck actually getting to the counter to order. They're either terribly understaffed, terribly managed, or some combo of both....good managers hire more people when understaffed. No less than a 25 minute wait to place an order.....smh

Food is great, service is absolutely terrible. It's not even the workers faults, it's management. Looks like a lot of people have said it here and nothing has changed. That's disappointing. Guess I'll go to Panera.

Consistantly good bagels 🥯
Lacking a bit in organization and effective leadership. Seemingly uninterested and / or unenthusiastic re: service improvements??? A whole-heartedly successful business is ALWAYS looking for ways to be THE BEST!

Wish they had a store near us. It's always a treat when visiting family and making a point to go get the best bagels .

First off the bagels are bomb. So is the OJ and the coffee. Unfortunately however the service is so so so bad. This place desperately needs a visit from the corporate office to help them get it together. I’ve been coming here a long time. Pretty sure we’re on a new manager. He looks miserable and just stands around while there is a giant line out the door. Not much of a leader if you ask me. Go help make bagels dude. Holding up the counter isn’t helping anyone.

When you’re the only game in town, you don’t need to provide good service. This place needs a manager who understands efficiency. If you’re going to force people to wait 30 minutes in line, invest in a few kiosks and add the labor savings to prep line additional staff. The present system of the prep line doing all the production work for the prep line while making sandwiches is a service nightmare as well as food safety issue. Then repeating your order on the honor system to the cashier is more wasted time and I’m sure a huge source of shrink. And nothing worse than eating with a long of people standing over you.

Food is great. The service however is a hit or a miss. They have a couple of great employees who won't mess up your order. But I go there with the fam every weekend and 40 percent of the time they mess up our order. Still worth it.

Two stars because it’s edible but WHAT HAPPENED? I haven’t ordered lunch from this location in a while and decided I deserved a treat today. I ordered my usual herby turkey… the same order I have made for years… and this pathetic excuse for a sandwich is what I received. How is this worth the price? How are companies comfortable doing this to people? It’s disgusting how willing they are to wring every penny out of their customers while they are also (more than likely) working their employees to the bone for far less than their worth. Do better Bruegger’s… you used to be one of the few places that reminded me of home.

The staff are great. They started recognizing me after just a few days of coming there and memorizing my order. One of them even struck up a conversation about music. The bagels themselves can be a but stale because they are left on display, but if you get them out of the oven (or whatever they use to make bagels), they're top tier.

We doordashed two bagels - one with strawberry cream cheese and another with chive cream cheese (mine). Whoever prepared our bagels used the same knife to cut our bagels in half and subsequently left behind a ton of strawberry cream cheese onto the bagel with the chive cream cheese. Super gross to have those two flavors of cream cheese mixed together on my bagel. :(

Yessy is too slow. People should be in an out in minutes. Instead, don't let the phone ring, that'll gum up the whole works. Guys love the one your with, not the customer on the phone. We're here and on our way to work.

I will never understand the lack of efficiency at the Temecula location. Because it is the only spot to get bagels in Temecula it is always packed, with a line out the door; however, if management would take the time to identify efficiencies they would immediately increase revenue. I was just in line, on a Sunday and left as a result of the wait time. As a customer, you have to wait in line for one of the few people making bagels who has to stop with production to take your order, as you then have to proceed to the cashier (in this case it was the manager) to repeat your order a 2nd time. I would highly advise a team trip to a business (who mostly uses cows to sell chicken) where they have identified the advantages of having someone take orders in advance of those waiting in line thus Allowing for production of food to not be interrupted. Mr. And/or Mrs. Bruegger, please take the time to learn a better way so that I can have a bagel.
