Honestly the best wing spot!!! The employees are so understanding. We are just a couple of buddy's trying to get a bite to eat and this EXACT Epic Wings helped us achive that and more lets just say it was very EPIC!!

Not typically one to complain. However, incompetence and lack of awareness is something that is a derivative of effort. The girl working at the counter was quite literally doing nothing. I had placed a mobile order for one meal. People who had ordered at the counter got their meals (keep in mind they were multiple orders) more than 15 minutes before me. I had stated my name and they said they were still working on it. After about 30 minutes of waiting, a young man asks me what the name was on my order and found my bag. I had seen the bag when I first walked in and it was there the entire time. No apology. The girl was simply more concerned that her dad would be running a little late to pick her up (I had plenty of free time). Overall my food was cold and I received my order 50 minutes after placing it. I’m in the customer service business as well and it’s tough finding quality candidates, i understand. But cmon guys, do better.

As always super amazing just wish we got more ranch with our purchases. We got the $90 meal only you only get 4. That's insane to me but we bought it cuz we love it!! So stoked to be able to surprise my boys with food they haven't had on a handful of years! Craveable, literally. . Family meals should be down there as a recommendation too. ?
I’m writing this review while I am still here because I am very impressed by the employee Chase. His customer service skills are impressive. As an adult I am pleased to see a young kid have the respect, urgency and manners as he does. When coming to a restaurant that’s what you want to see. He is welcoming everyone, multitasking, training a young gentleman, bringing food out to customers all while having the best attitude ever and great communication skills! THANK YOU CHASE, you deserve a raise in my book!!

Called in a lunch order where I made a mistake. The staff was inconvenienced during the lunch rush but had no problem correcting my mistake. I didn't mind on waiting for fresh fries in the ice cold A/C . Friendly staff and the place was very clean and organized. I'll be back.
