Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your money there these people they are not taking their time to give you quality pieces of chicken. The pizza is doughy. It’s disgusting and you end up paying a whole lot of money for stuff that does not even taste good. When you speak to a manager about it, they want you to bring everything back. How do you know how it tastes unless you eat it especially with wings wings you have to go through quite a few pieces and if you are sharing it for people, then everybody has bitten out of the chicken. How do you bring that back? If you eat the pizza and it was terrible how do you bring that back so in other words what they’re doing is they’re selling terrible food and they know you can’t bring it back so that’s how they get you because you gotta eat it to find out it’s terrible do better epic wings I used to love you guys

I love Epic Wings, been to many locations. But I was saddened that they were closed early at 5pm. for their holiday party. Hope everyone had a good time. I went to angry chickz and was disappointed. Oh well. My only recommendation to Epic is, please leave a voicemail message setup that you're closed so it lessens the pain. 😂

Ordered online for pickup. When I arrived there were only 2 other people in the store and it was very slow. They asked my name for the order and told me it would be a few more minutes. I then watched my order come out and figured they would call my name but they didn’t and my order sat at the counter for another 10 minutes before I had to go ask if that was my order which it was. If you have no customers at least give proper customer service to the few people who do choose to eat there

This Has to be the worst epic wings ever number one. The chicken is not chewable when you ask for extra crispy you get either still on crispy chicken or over crispy chicken they want you to pay for ranch even if you spend a lot of money poor quality food.

Honestly the best wing spot!!! The employees are so understanding. We are just a couple of buddy's trying to get a bite to eat and this EXACT Epic Wings helped us achive that and more lets just say it was very EPIC!!

Not typically one to complain. However, incompetence and lack of awareness is something that is a derivative of effort. The girl working at the counter was quite literally doing nothing. I had placed a mobile order for one meal. People who had ordered at the counter got their meals (keep in mind they were multiple orders) more than 15 minutes before me. I had stated my name and they said they were still working on it. After about 30 minutes of waiting, a young man asks me what the name was on my order and found my bag. I had seen the bag when I first walked in and it was there the entire time. No apology. The girl was simply more concerned that her dad would be running a little late to pick her up (I had plenty of free time). Overall my food was cold and I received my order 50 minutes after placing it. I’m in the customer service business as well and it’s tough finding quality candidates, i understand. But cmon guys, do better.
