We arrived at 8:30 and were warmly welcomed by the greeter, who let us know the kitchen’s last call was at 9. Unfortunately, our server made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable from the moment we sat down. The food was excellent, but the service significantly affected the overall experience. Quality used to be phenomenal when they first opened. Everything was made from scratch and to order, there was no base sauces premade. The quality of the ingredients and meat was top notch too.
It has severely went down since then. It was a destination stop in the past, today they are not that different from any other Himalayan or Indian restaurant.
I would strongly suggest to management to increase your prices and bring the quality back up. It is very rare to have a high quality Himalayan restaurant. Please bring it back!

We stumbled upon Himalayan Taste Restaurant by chance—our favorite spot was closed for the Easter, so we decided to give this place a try. And wow, what a pleasant surprise!
We ordered the Dal Soup, Lamb Choila, Lamb Tikka Masala, and Beingian Chicken. Everything was flavorful, but a couple of dishes truly stood out.
The Dal Soup was comforting and full of rich, earthy flavor—definitely one of our favorites. But the real star of the evening was the Lamb Tikka Masala. It was a masterpiece. The layers of spices and perfectly cooked lamb were on another level—bold, complex, and deeply satisfying.
Himalayan Taste turned out to be an unexpected gem, and we’re already planning to return!

I order tandoori chicken and allo paratha…. On April 14 2025…. Tandoori chicken is raw and paratha is uncooked and tasteless . Murari have a look on kitchen team… and look on tandoori chef… ….if fell like I waste my money
