I’m giving 5 stars because it wasn’t the staff’s fault, but the app is screwing up orders by automatically customizing them after you hit pay. For instance, I wasted 1000 reward points on a PB Chocolate Love that, I found out down the road, had no chocolate. Heads up. No one does that. If you see that customization in the future, ask the customer if that’s what they really wanted. I give 1 star for the fact that you can’t call the location and give them a heads up because...

Great smoothies, and the service here is friendly. We usually order Jamba juice smoothies ahead of time for pickup in store, and unlike some other Jamba juice locations, there isn't a grab-n-go mini-fridge setup to pick up your orders when you arrive. Parking can be a little tricky to get to with how busy Ring Road around Temecula Promenade is to access this location, but to be fair that's to be expected with it's proximity to the mall and how access to the parking...

Tried their acai bowl for the first time. Compared to other acai or smoothie bowls, it melts quickly and becomes soupy. It's also a bit more sugary. Sort of what you'd expect from Jamba
