What’s the point of the pizza portal if the thing never works? Took me an hour and a half to pick up my pizza, said it was ready after half an hour of ordering, but I went to pick it up Pizza Portal didn’t work, and there was a line of people waiting to pick up their order. Literally left and came back 15 minutes later and finally someone was helping everyone. My order was in the damn pizza portal the whole time!! Service is great, cheese pizza is pretty good if you get it crazy style and the bread sticks too if you get them extra crazy style. The waiting area is small and the line can get long but would be nice if they had a couple chairs for disabled or elderly customers.
Consistently poor service, no one comes to talk to the guests waiting in the lobby. Mobile orders take 40+ minutes. Needs new management, and has needed it for a long time.
