Mountain Mike's Pizza

We ordered on line on Super Bowl Sunday. Service was quick but one pizza was disappointing. We got:

Pineapple chicken luau pizza: 5/5 grilled chicken with pineapple in bbq sauce

Pepperoni heart shaped pizza: 5/5 can’t go wrong with pepperoni but I wouldn’t get the heart shape again. It’s cute but less portions, thank goodness it wasn’t the same price as the round. It was less.

Vegetarian spicy Himalayan pizza: 1/5 I didn’t want to judge a book by its cover because it did not look appealing. Took a bite and all I tasted were mushrooms. It had tons of mushrooms, slices of jalapeños and barely any onions. Very bland, not spicy. Had to ask my fiancé what the eff did he order. We looked at the receipt and went on line to look at the photos. Looks nothing alike.

I didn’t taste the tikka masala sauce and missing cilantro. It was the worst doughy vegetarian pizza I’ve ever had. Mushy bland mushrooms with no spice and sauce. Not worth $32.99.

Giving this place an overall 2 out 5 stars because the meat lovers enjoyed the pepperoni and chicken pizza.

Horrible staff customer service tried ordered just keep getting up on. Wanted try new place. Wont ever try again joke

NASTY!!! There’s no reason why anybody should buy raw pizza if that’s the case I would’ve went to the grocery store and bought a frozen pizza and cooked it myself. This is completely unacceptable, Both pizzas that I ordered were raw inside the dough, uncooked and disgusting! Cheese wasn’t even melted! We never order from this location and make sure Everyone I know knows to not come to this location!

I'm honestly shocked at what happened. We ordered while staying at South Coast Winery Resort. I guess they use Doordash to deliver. The driver got to the resort, we went outside to wait for him and 30 minutes later we get a text from the driver (GPS shows that he is here) that he didn't know where our room was so left the order on some table somewhere on the property and left. Wth? He didn't text us first to ask where we were, which we could obviously tell him or meet him. He just left.
I called the restaurant and the first woman who answered the phone didn't want to deal with the issue (I wasn't yelling or rude) and she just hung up on me.
I called back and a guy answered. 1st he said he is going to send the driver back but, the driver is already crazy. What's he going to do if they send him back when he doesn't work for them? Spit on the now cold pizza that's been sitting in the open for an hour?
I asked for a replacement order and the guy tried to tell me they would only do that if we go pick it up ourselves.
Seriously?
He then put me on hold, came back and asked if we paid for the pizza.... yeah, that's how online ordering on their website works. We paid when the order was placed. He then apologized and said they would replace the order. We're sitting here now almost 2 hours after initially placing the order hoping it gets here.

UPDATE
They didn't remake the order. They waited 30 minutes to call back and say that they will only remake it if we go pick it up ourselves.
While waiting outside for the delivery driver earlier we saw other people here getting deliveries. Uber had no trouble finding us. We aren't in some weird area that's hard to find. We're ordering from someone else now and will never give this restaurant our money.
They did give us a refund. They did not have to wait 30 minutes to call us and tell us that while we thought we were waiting for our food.

The pineapple chicken luau pizza was one of the most delicious and mouthwatering pizzas I have ever tried.

Expensive and when it got here it was cold af. Dont recomend ordering for delivery

Cold mozzarella sticks (hard not even soft at all) sent with ranch not marinara as marketed and listed on receipt, cold wings order with blue cheese but came with ranch as well!

It's Mountain Mike's I'm not expecting anything crazy but hot food with the correct sauces kinda matters. That garbage meal cost way to much to be so off....

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mountain Mike's Pizza, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The pizza was absolutely phenomenal! Perfectly cooked with a delightful blend of flavors, it was everything I could have asked for. The wings were also a standout, cooked to crispy perfection and bursting with taste. But what truly made the visit unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by Steve. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he made sure my dining experience was top-notch.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mountain Mike's to anyone seeking delicious pizza and exceptional service. I can't wait to return!

If I could give the service 100 stars I would. Steve that was working around 2pm today was outstanding. Extremely helpful and friendly. This was my first time to mountain Mike’s and I will definitely go back. Pizza was very good and the family loved it.

Pizza's pretty good. We went because it was my son's birthday dinner and he wanted to play games. The token machine wasn't working and the employees couldn't help so no games for my son.
