Had a lovely weekend at this rustic but very enjoyable hotel about 1.5 hours from Istanbul. Very close to the Black Sea beach (6 minutes) and down town (10 minutes). The town has a great combination of nearby hikes and beaches. Hotel pool was an added plus to cool and rinse off after a day in the salty sea. Reception was very helpful. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple but very enjoyable.

highly recommended place, the word "place" is too weak for this hotel, it is like a heaven. We have stayed 1 night -2 days, have booked Bungalow with garden view. In case if you want to book bungalow with river view be careful, because next to the rivere there are sooo much bee, so you can be "eaten" by them. The location of the hotel is great! There's a bus stop just in front in case you get to Ağva by public transportation from Istanbul. Moreover, it is along one of the rivers and only 20 minutes walking from the center and the other riverside. The reception was very useful and they take their time to treat you very well and giving you useful information from the surroundings.
