I'm giving this Starbucks only 4 stars because for the most part, the people that work there are pretty friendly and make good drinks. Except for TRAVIS! Every time I come in to this location, he always has a bad attitude and he's very rude. I was just there and he got my order wrong and I asked him very politely if he could fix it and he rolled his eyes at me, making me feel as if I did something wrong. He then snatched the cup from the counter and continued to roll his eyes at me. The nerve! That's why I'm only giving this location 4 stars otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I was going to give it only 3 stars but it wouldn't be fair to the other baristas who do a great job. Travis, you need an attitude adjustment. You work in custom service so don't get upset when you have to service a customer.

Whenever i get my groceries at Ralphs i usually grab a coffee at this Starbucks. A busy Sunday morning today and ordered my usual drink - cold brew venti size and a grande pistachio latte for my husband. I was in line like about 10 mins and when i got myself at the counter she said there is a 15mins wait so i said ok. Patiently waited for our drinks the lady who ordered after i did got hers. I Didn't say anything, then the guy after her got his drink as well. Still didn't say anything. When i finally got my husband's latte a few minutes later finally got my ling awaited cold brew but in a tall size! I brought it to her attention and I politely said " i think i ordered Venti and u gave me tall" - grabbed the drink, checked and said "well u were charged for tall. We will changed it but next time the price will be different"... i was stunned for what she said! Im not the one who made a mistake. Let's talk about customer service! She just ruined my morning.

I purchased a hot soy latte on 12/31/22 at 2PM. It was busy and I waited 20 min. By then I realized that customers who ordered after me were being served, so I told the cashier. Finally I was given my beverage but without protection for the hot cup. Now my finger is burnt.I’m at home with a burnt finger.The young man was highly negligent in completing my order and providing protection for the hot cup.I think I should return to the store and speak to the servers for mismanaging their responsibility, but that just further makes me the victim.( Loss of time and gas.)Who owns this Starbucks??

I'm usually very sceptical about Starbucks locations that are inside of the grocery stores, however this one is great! My order is always done correctly and employees are very nice. They also don't overcharge you like some locations do.

i came at 8:10pm and it show that the closing time is 9:00 pm. However, its closed and no more service even someone is there.

I was at this location today around 9:05. There was a worker there named Aidan (this is not about him). The other worker however (didn't get his name).. I was standing at the counter waiting to order. First of all, he took his sweet time, knowing there was a line of customers piling up. He was slowly tying his apron, chatting with the other guy... he clearly saw us. I proceeded to ask (when he was finally ready) if they still had a specific sandwich. He was hunched over with a mask on, so I did not hear him say anything. Therefore I repeated myself and he rudely snapped back "I said do you want anything else" and I said I did not hear you there's no reason to be rude. I then go down to the pick up counter and wait. I ask Aidan who the manager is, and the other worker rudely interrupts and yells "my manager is up there if you want to talk to them" Idk who pissed in his cornflakes today but it was extremely unnecessary and maybe a customer service seminar would do him some good. Won't make the mistake of going back there again.

This Starbucks is almost always good. I had one experience where my drink turned out wrong, but I have been multiple other times and my order has been perfect each time. Overall a 4 star experience. Btw the Mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade and berries blended is AMAZING! You can also use Strawberry Açaí with the same recipe and that is also really good.

I've had the pleasure of meeting all of the employees at this location and they are all such outstanding staff. Customer service is 100/10 here and I always have an amazing experience.
