I enjoy Jack in The Box, but this store has especially terrible service. I never got the name but there is one light skinned Hispanic male with a terrible attitude, he wears leadership attire which is crazy for someone with such an attitude. It’s also a bad idea to assume others don’t speak Spanish. As sometimes I hear him talk bad about other customers or possibly crew members in Spanish while I’m waiting at the drive through. Food was as good as always, just the preparing of the food took twice as long. This was fine with me while I cooled down with my refreshment in a well air conditioned jack in the box. Still the staff needs to pick up or add 2 additional workers.

I recommend this place because when my son and I and his girlfriend went to go order some food they were very kind it makes a big difference when people are very kind, it makes you want to come back and recommended to friends and family my family will be going back again I want to say thank you for being so kind to us.
