Club Car Bar is a local favorite, known for its friendly bartenders who offer fun chat, solid suggestions, and a welcoming demeanor. This cocktail bar and music venue, often referred to as a honky-tonk, hosts events like bands, karaoke, and trivia, making it a great spot to hang out. The bar serves up delicious drinks, including craft cocktails made with care and attention to detail. The kitchen, operated by Pig Iron restaurant next door, offers tasty food options, although table service is not provided. Parking is readily available along Main Street, within a block's distance. With its unique atmosphere, complete with 1977 murals depicting Old West scenes, Club Car Bar is a must-visit when in Templeton, especially after 4 p.m. when it opens.
