Chef Ray was supposed to cater my wedding this past weekend. He was always super responsive and presumably turned down larger weddings to take on our 55 guest wedding. (Long story short) 10 days out from our wedding, the venue cancelled on us. I had to reach out and tell Chef Ray that we needed to cancel on him. Having local wedding vendors on our vendor team for our wedding was extremely important to my husband and I and we would have 805 catering on our team over and over again! 805 catering offers a drink cart auto-rickshaw and it was PERFECT for our mehendi (Indian wedding event). Chef Ray did a wonderful job catering for my mother's 75th birthday party. Prior to the event, he was responsive and flexible/accommodating with the menu. On the day of the event, he and his team were professional, extremely nice, and prompt. The food exceeded expectations and the beef tenderloin was even cooked in two ways (medium/medium rare) and cut upon presentation. The kitchen was immaculate when they finished cleaning up.
