Had a very good pizza and mozzarella sticks but mostly this is a walk up place. There are chairs and tables both inside and out, though no real "dining area" inside as the whole place is basically the kitchen. Also, no place to park, so if you want to stay there, you'll have to find a place to park and walk.
Ordered 2 pizzas pepperoni and a half cheese & pepperoni for the kids. As always great friendly service from Max. Huge patio seating with big heaters for the cold SoCal nights. Best New York pizza in town!!! Cold Beers & Wine. Brought the pizza to our table with plenty of plates and napkins for the kids and adults.

As an Italian from NYC who grew up on the best pizza in Queens (Rosa’s), this is likely the best pizza in California, similar to a favorite of mine that closed in El Segundo - the Grimaldi’s pizza chain from Brooklyn. They have a great special before 4pm weekdays, $20 for a pizza pie and 2 real Italian ices.They however need to put in a major renovation on the seating area.
