This is one of the great dining experiences in the Los Angeles area. If you like sushi, then this has to be on the list. It's like having a private chef for the night. Forget you know who in Malibu, this is another level. Make the trip, it will end up on your top 10 list of meals in your life.
So delicious and a fun experience. You don't leave hungry from this omakase. The chefs are fun to watch and informative with each dish they prepare. It's a very complete dining experience.
My recent dinner at Kaze was easily one of my favorite dining experiences to date. The atmosphere was very classy, with a lot of attention paid to even the smallest details. The staff were incredibly friendly and interactive. It was the closest I have ever come to having a dining event with strangers that felt like I was eating with family. Kaze is one of the great dining experiences in the Los Angeles area. It is a little hidden gem and the epitome of fine dining, with lovely staff and amazing ambiance. It is basically like having a private chef for the night. The food is amazing, and the omakase experience is the most unique. The chefs were excited about their craft and are fun to watch and informative with each dish they prepare. The dishes were so unique, with a great blend of flavors and quality ingredients, and the quality of the fish was second to none. The owner, chefs and staff were so professional, gracious, kind and attentive. The atmosphere was very classy, with a lot of attention paid to even the smallest details. The staff were incredibly friendly and interactive. It was the closest to having a dining event with strangers that felt like eating with family. Each course was better than the last, a definite feat considering that the omakase was 19 courses. You don't leave hungry from this omakase. It is a very complete dining experience and easily one of the favorite dining experiences to date.
