“We are from LA where arguably the best Mexican food is in the state and let me tell you this place is TOP TIER.
If you’re looking for fresh tacos with the authentic MX taste fresh prepared THIS is it.

Every meat I tasted (my husband got carnitas, pastor, and carne asada) was super fresh, seasoned perfectly, tender, chips were fresh, fresh lemons, not limes (another sign of authenticity imo, iykyk).

The salsas had authentic spice levels, everything.

10/10 for a solid taquero joint. Forget EPL or any other fast food place.

“Small mom and pop type of establishment which delivers on those burrito/taco cravings. Reasonably priced and you also get a good amount of food. Good guac and homemade chips. The handmade tortillas are killer and definitely add to the quality of the taste. More of a casual experience or pick up. There is indoor seating though its somewhat limited. They do have a salsa bar with 3 different types of salsa as well as onions, cilantro, limes, pickled onions/veg., etc...“

“Someone recommended this place, and they weren’t wrong. The bakery itself is very good, tried their pan con chicharrón and that was amazing. They have plenty of food options even at early hours. Their bread was very delicious as well. Plenty of parking, very friendly staff.“

They don't rush you to order, they answer all questions asked, and never in a bad mood. As they have a wide variety of options I didn't know which one to go for, I just wanted something different from most places, and this place has plenty of options, anyway I think I got the blended nutty irishman, it was absolutely delicious, personally I really loved it, as I was driving around the corner and there is not Makena in Huntington Park I decided to turn around I get a 2nd coffee cause I didn't know when I would be back to work in the area, and my 2nd coffee was as great as the 1st coffee. And today Nov-12, I decided to go for another one, same great service and great coffee, I got the Santa's cookies, absolutely delicious and the girl who took care of my order, she is extremely helpful and friendly , while I was trying to choose which drink to get she didn't even rush me or didn't even get upset, because I didn't know what to order , I just didn't ask her name but she is super friendly, thanks I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone which is perfect for kids as well. Plus they have food, tacos, burritos, burgers and soft serve for extra dessert. I was lucky today, I got a free meal card, thank you so much again. Personally I really liked this coffee, so flavorful and very good prices.“

“Sitting outside is nice. Drinks are good. Beer is good. The food is good but not great. The portion size has decreased especially on the happy hour menu which is usually shared. When its slow service is good. When its busier service is very slow and hard to get the servers attention because they do not have enough servers on. They think they are saving money this way, but people end up leaving or not coming back because of the slow service.“

“We love Mario! My family needed water while camping at Leo Carrillo but the store was closed. Mario parks there on Saturdays. He had closed up but gave me a liter of water for free! I tried to pay but he insisted. Haven’t had a chance to try the food YET. I’m sure it’s fabulous if I guy like that runs it.“

“We hired Coastline Catering to cater our wedding, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! The food was incredible — the chicken was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the Caesar salad was fresh and delicious. Every guest raved about the meal!

What made the experience even better was the personal touch. His wife was our bartender for the night, and she was amazing — friendly, professional, and kept the good vibes going all evening.

If you’re looking for the real deal authentic Mexican food that hits the spot every time without caring how much you spend because it’s so dang delicious, then this is the place you need to visit next! Their Micheladas are the best in town! Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself. Oh, their carnitas tacos, tortilla chips and salsa, chilaquiles, flautas de pollo, menudo, I mean the list goes on. “Los agaves has been my family and I’s favorite Mexican restaurant to visit for the past couple years now. We’ve ventured around the menu and everything we get is delicious! We love visiting the west lake village location as well as the Santa Barbara location on De la vina street. Both exceptional!
I’ve seen a couple reviews complaining as to why servers don’t come take our orders at the table. God forbid you have to order your own food at the register. I personally don’t mind at all. In addition I’ve always received great service when visiting. 10/10 I recommend to any one every chance I get!“

“We always stop at this Jack In Box on our way to UCLA . Great service always and I order original regular ice coffee and it was a small cup and asked the manager if this was the largest and she said no ( this is our half way point) I asked how much more it would cost for larger and she just gave it to me. I said thank you and God bless you. I would had to go out and get my purse and come back in. But she just gave it to me. Kindness goes far even if on a schedule. Also there was a motorcycle POLICE OFFICER on his bike when we pulled into in the parking lot and my 7 year old grandson said he wanted to go and say "Good Morning " we did and he said thank you for your service!" He went and said let me pull over to a slot and park. So he went around and parked. He pulled up the kick stands and said to get on and told him he needed some flashing lights and turned them on and then gave him a sticker badge. Talk about making a 7 year old happy. Who knew just going over and saying good morning and ty for the service would turn out FUN for a 7 year old. Need to have more kindness in this world.Thank you to the POLICE OFFICER for taking your time for my grandson!!!!��“

“Very busy today and preparing to drive to San Francisco this Friday, so on the way home, I stopped at Del Taco and ordered their Cheese and beans nachos. They were really good and only $2.46!!! The serving was just right for a snack to. Good job! Del Taco.

“Honestly the best experience I've had at a fast food place; the interior is really nice, the lighting is very decorative and there is plenty of space to walk around, it doesn't feel too tight and it still leaves plenty of seating. Not to mention the cleanliness of the area itself, not a spot left on the tables, the floor, the seats, the entire building is spotless.

No complaints regarding the service whatsoever, the food was ready sooner than expected and was received without any trouble.

As for the food, the flavor of the food wasn't anything mindblowing, but the quality was definitely worth noting. Their burgers looked like they do in the commercials, they were assembled neatly, and what shocked me the most, the chicken in the chicken sandwich was actually crispy. The fries were alright, the tacos were decent, nothing was really below standards in any way.

For the amount we paid for the meal, the quality of the food was incredible. We paid 17 dollars for 4 burgers, 4 tacos, and 4 fries, which is LESS than what you'd spend at McDonald's for significantly less food. I strongly suggest you come here if you're hungry and on a budget.“
