“I agree..this place is a hidden gem in Santa Paula : ))) My partner kindly planned a weekend trip to Santa Paula to celebrate my birthday and said I could pick a place for a meal. I felt drawn to all the reviews people wrote about Tacos El Torazo, and we decided to have an early evening pre-birthday dinner. I am so, so happy we got to go there while we were in Santa Paula. We now know where to go for a wonderful Mexican food when we are in town! Everything we ate was exquisite, and we felt so at home thanks to the friendly and heartfelt service. The food was so good that it was all gone before I remembered to take some pictures of the food..gives us a good excuse to go back there!“

“Excellent little taco truck. Their chile relleno burrito is delicious, and though I'm a vegetarian, my husband loves the carne asada tacos. They make their chips fresh and they're really good. My only complaint is that their not open more often“

“These are the best tacos in Ventura County and I've been most places. Love the avocado and grilled onion and peppers with the tacos. The main guy who runs this place is super friendly and have said hi to him over the years. My family's favorite as well. Sometimes it takes some time because they are busy, but the food has never ever tasted bad or off, ever + it's always great. Ignore the bad reviews, maybe they were haters! The one thing I would ask for is better phone order support, because people like me come from out of town!“

“My favorite fish taco in all of Ventura and Los Angeles County! There are a lot of other great menu options but I can’t help but order the world famous fish taco every time. They make their own salsas and special sauce, the tacos are large and a great value. They have half price tacos Monday-Thursday from 3-5pm and a happy hour Monday-Friday 3-6pm. The servers are attentive and so awesome, the restaurant is clean and it’s a great atmosphere. The patio is great and there are heaters for the cooler weather as well as a large table with the ability to have a fire.“

“Yes, it's inside the 76 gas station. Yes, it shares space with the Subway. Yes, the food is great! I had an asada breakfast burrito. They give you a base of eggs, hash browns and meat then build the rest in front of you, Subway style. I had them add beans, rice, cheese and green salsa but they have all the essential Mexican toppings if you want them. I'll be going back soon to try everything else as I'm sure it's good.“

“I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell specifically for months and drive a little farther for multiple reasons. The manager, Javier, does an excellent job with this store! His customer service is top notch and you can tell he teaches his employees to try to hold that standard. The restaurant and grounds are always clean, and I see Javier setting the example by cleaning outside and doing the work that some may not enjoy as much, but he is willing to do it and does it well. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his restaurant! The food is always good, tasty, looks good (not all slopped together), and I never have stomach etc. problems from the food, the service is also quick, and the employees have a sense of humor with my lame jokes, haha! Also, I’ve very rarely heard them say they are out of something. And unlike another Taco Bell closer to me, when I make a custom order, they get it right almost every time. If more Taco Bells followed what Javier and his team are doing with this restaurant from top to bottom, you’d see even more customer satisfaction, boost morale for more employees, and increase profits! I am in management myself and I say give them raises and a bonus!“
