“I’m so happy Froggy’s reopened - it’s always been my favorite patio in LA! I love all the hummingbirds and looking at nature - I feel I’m far away from the City/Valley - it’s so relaxing! The salmon tacos are awesome and freshly made guacamole doesn’t disappoint 👍🏻 The tortillas are lovingly made by hand and are fresh. One of the most soulful places in Los Angeles- great little bar and historic background. DONT go as I love the cozy authentic vibe - just kidding - I highly recommend this restaurant It would make a great venue for special occasions (this is unsolicited - I just can’t rave enough and want them to flourish- Covid was tough on them like many businesses) Lastly, everyone working there are so friendly and accommodating 5 stars ⭐️😄“

“These are hands down the best tacos I’ve had in LA. And I’ve had a lot of tacos in the country. Plus for the price (2 bucks a taco), you can’t beat eating this stuff. Highly recommend for any locals of the areas. We got the chicken, pastor, and asada. All a recommend, and you can load up on your own toppings, def get the onions and jalapeño if you love spice.“

The first thing I noticed was how clean it was.
I was now anxious to have my fave food in life - beef tacos! THEY WERE out of this world.
Our entire family enjoyed the food & a quaint ambience. The Coffee is excellent as well.
I give this “Young Kid Shop”’ 5 stars! Because, if it is not on the Menu, I would bet my life Miss NADIA would not only make it, it would be absolutely delicious!
It is the cutest little beach taco shop on the boardwalk in Venice Beach. Check it out.

“August 7, 2023 Stopped by and ordered 2 tacos con queso: 1 with birria \u0026 1 with Pollo. They were both delicious, although I loved the one with birria a bit more! Saw a lady eating ramen with hirria.. I might give it a try next time LOL ------------------------ July 13, 2023: Got my nachos fix again tonight!! This time I asked for guacamole on the side, so if i couldn't finish it, the chips won't get soggy. I asked for no beans, no sour cream \u0026 pico de gallo... just cheese \u0026 extra cilantro.. and he made it PERFECT!! Tried Mulitas \u0026 Vampiros too a while ago.. all the food I tried was good! Generous portion too! 5 orders from people who got there before me, so i had to wait a little but its worth it! Service was as great as always.. The ambiance was nice as the weather is cooling down from excessive heat I'm happy for them, their business seemed like going well! “I'm never disappointed when I order Al pastor here. the burritos are loaded! and still reasonably priced. I love that they let me add toppings before they close the burrito and offer grilled cheese and onions. The line for the salsa station always feels chaotic because it mixes with the ordering line and you can never tell if the handles and the buckets are sanitary. But that's part of the street taco experience! I'll risk a little for that green salsa“

“Consistently good food! We always go here and usually have a line. They have 2 small tables on the side, no seats. Tried the chicken, asada, lengua, and al pastor. $2/taco as of 5/2025. Park on the street. Ralphs parking lot now has a sign that their customers can not park there.“

I gotta be honest: If you are looking for the best ... whatever food .... in town, don't bother to go. This place is about atmosphere and having a good time. The food is good, and we had an amazing time with our waiter Shilly yesterday - and left well fed and with $100 for the four of us fairly priced - given the location I would have expected more. Wow - five stars for OK food? Absolutely. In my very own rating scheme, it is mandatory for five stars that I would be willing to do a 30+ min detour just to go to this particular place. And I did. Many times. And will do it again. We've been to the Ivy's in Beverly Hills the night before. It would be totally unfair to compare on a mere culinary basis.
