Although it was 7 min to closing time everyone was very nice, welcoming, and even gave me a few "closing time" deals in the form of extra meat. I Really Appreciate Victor, Jesus, and especially Jolene for their combined effort to make sure i was satisfied before i left.Highly recommended if your in the Del Amo Mall

I came today to order two bowls everything went smoothly. Expect when I checked my receipt I was charged guacamole I didn't ask for any in my bowls 6.16 i had to walk back and had to wait for a response for them to fix the issue. Didn't say we are sorry will fix that problem and proceed taking orders. Manger was walking around clueless and not helping until I told them hello! Is anyone going to give me guacamole or refund me $6.16 young lady finally helped me no thanks to Joelyn. Check your orders and receipts might be over charged for items you didn't order.

The worst place to ever order food from... so I place an online order picked up my order only to find 3 pieces of chicken when I paid for 2x protein plus was missing other stuff I asked for. So I called the store was hung up in my face not once but twice. I decided to drive back over to the store only to be told I have to call a number in order to get my refund, I asked for the manager and was told a bold face lied that they were on a conference call at 10 pm yea freaking rite I will never step foot in that place again. Also the workers are so freaking rude.

The worst experience ever had me waiting for 5min and attending other people and they finally told me they didn’t have as much food I left so unprofessional when the whole time I was standing there they could have said something there was 3 more employees there just talking not even trying to help me worst service ever never will go there !

Went to Chipotle asking for a water cup, the dude behind the counter just pointed its right over here. I was confused and asked again this time I was ignored by the stuff who just stood and did nothing. This wasn't the first time, things like this at this location. I was ignored couple times. Got my order wrong constantly and the food never tasted fresh. Definitely don't recommend eating at this location. Food is not that great and too lazy to hand you a simple water cup
They do not have good customer service they were rude and nasty the guy name is Alex. My whole lunch was ruined he just literally throw my tacos to the cashier. I was wondering why I stop going.

I got poisoning after eating a burrito bowl from here this week! Not only did they get my order wrong but they somehow mishandled the food and I've been so sick! And yes staff is rude!

Came here today and I just want to say how rude the blonde b**** with black eyeliner was. All the other staff was kind and helpful but this specific worker had so much attitude. I ordered 2 burritos for my brother and husband and I was going to order a burrito bowl for myself but she kept ignoring me. She finally asked me if I needed something and I told her I wanted a burrito bowl and she rolled her eyes. When asking me what meat I wanted, beans, rice etc... she threw it all into the bowl very sloppy and just slid it over to the worker next to her and didn't even acknowledge when I asked twice for a topping of queso blanco. Thankfully, the guy next to her was kind when I asked for the queso blanco and when attending me. Also, the guy at the cash register was very kind as well. Avoid this chipotle when there's a fake blonde girl with heavy black eyeliner because she very clearly hates her job that she chose.
