The broth isn’t made the same anymore. The flavor of the broth has deteriorated sadly. My wife and I visited the old location for many years to enjoy their superb Ramen, now we need find a new place, which can be very difficult. Maybe the new broth may satisfy new comers and I will root for them.Parking: Free yet time limited 60 minutes.
So, I did not try this restaurant while they were located at the Western Ave site (I always got the tempura bento from a different stall). Happening upon Santouka in the Del Amo mall was a great find. You know how when you get stuck on a particular dish, and order it repeatedly? Pretty good ramen at Torrance Mitsuwa near Del Amo Fashion center building Carson St (formerly Western Ave old location) halfway to Seiwa Market. I haven’t eat at new Mitsuwa food court since at old Mitsuwa food court love the ramen flavors & Hiyashi Chuka as well. Sometimes good; sometimes terrible. The service is pretty good.
