It's sad what's become of this place. I went for a birthday treat, but the kid there couldn't help since I inquired about not getting the email - he didn't know. I asked who to contact and he didn't know either. He said he was new (fair enough). I was going to use a buy 1 get 1 and they were out of ingredients to make my creation of choice. He barely mixed the ingredients.. was all lumped in middle - had to ask to re-mix. He plopped it messily in cup to wear it was overflowing...read full review

just WOW... caroline (or carolina?.. sorry!) was DELIGHTED that we came for a Cold Stone run! She was so nice and optimistic and helped us get our ice cream and explained the menu~ She made us feel so comfortable and not feel awkward that we came! service and mood we felt was just too great! Ice cream tastes great too! Around 6$ for a good amount of ice cream! Delamo Coldstone bottom floor near Bookoff!~

The best costumer service ever!! Even though it was late at night, the cashier was handling everything perfectly only by herself. It was a clean and nice place. If you ever wanna have some fresh ice cream and really good time, visit this place. Highly recommended.
