I ordered a ice cream pie online to take to a going-away dinner for a couple. I requested it be personalized with "Good Luck". I went to pick up at 4:45 PM on the pickup day and was told my order was cancelled. I got no phone call or notification whatsoever. Not even a apology. I asked to speak to the manager and was told Haley would be in the next day, Monday at 12:00.The only thing they had in the case was a ice cream cake that was too large and expensive for our small dinner party and a few six packs of ice cream peanut butter cups. So I had to buy a six pack. I called my VISA card and had them initiate a refund inquiry. The next day I went back and spoke to Haley. All she could tell me was they didn't have the ingredients. I asked for the owner's contact information and she gave me his email. He never responded so after two weeks I emailed Cold Stone corporate and they emailed back with a incident number for reference and said they would contact the owner. After no word for two weeks, I called corporate to follow up. Same story. Called corporate after another two weeks and was told they don't have control over their franchise owners and they would try again.Long story short, this place and company sucks. If you place a special order, be sure you call before you go to pick it up to make sure it's there. Too bad one star is the lowest rating I can give. They don't deserve even that..

Snickers Bars - Not there or Not Willing!I always look forward to going to cold stone to get ice cream. But, the last 5 times I have gone to this cold stone and they NEVER have snickers. They have the wrapper snickers but they never want to put it in my ice cream. Seems like the employees are boycotting it. Just a feeling! :(

Ordered an ice cream with pineapple topping for my 2 year old to try and the pineapple tasted like it had been soaked in vinegar. The employee didn't seem to care at all when I brought it up.

We showed up at 6:25pm on a Friday night and there was post it note that read "Break. Be back at 7:50" That means they will be gone for over an hour and when they get back they'll only be open for 10 more minutes. Really uncool.

I was so happy when I saw a cold stone inside the mall! I ordered my usual caramel banana royal and a mint with chocolate chips. My ice cream hardly had any of the ingredients it was more ice cream than anything.After checked in, I received a buy one get in free coupon. Upon showing it to the guy he asked me if it had a bar code, I said " we're both looking at the same thing. So he grabbed the manager. Her name is Roya, now after explaining and showing her the coupon she also says where is the bar code?! I said " hey the coupon says show it to an employee to redeem" don't you know?So then she says " you have to be a member. I informed her I was. Then said I only have 41 points. All this to say I was embarrassed at the fact they couldn't use it and acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I will call corporate bc this was embarrassing and uncalled for.

It's sad what's become of this place. I went for a birthday treat, but the kid there couldn't help since I inquired about not getting the email - he didn't know. I asked who to contact and he didn't know either. He said he was new (fair enough). I was going to use a buy 1 get 1 and they were out of ingredients to make my creation of choice. He barely mixed the ingredients.. was all lumped in middle - had to ask to re-mix. He plopped it messily in cup to wear it was overflowing and dripping down sides. Then he apologized since store was also out of regular spoons and gave me sample spoons. The mall was dead, the place was dead, the worker looked dead.... The ice cream was good!

Always love going to Cold Stone, miss it on the islands, so anytime I'm on the Mainland and a Cold Stone is available I will always go.

The only reason this is 1 star is because 0 isn't an option. THE ICE CREAM TASTED LIKE CLOROX BLEACH. It was inedible and poisonous. My girlfriend and I decided to throw it away after a few bites for health reasons. At first we thought maybe it was just smell from recent floor cleaning that was impacting our experience so we moved to a different area of the mall but the bleach flavored ice cream still remained. It was as if cleaning product was sprayed over the ice cream. I don't see how anything but cleaning product was in the ice cream. Even old or freezer burned ice cream wouldn't taste like that. I've ordered oreo overload many, many times over the years and it has never tasted anything like this. Cleaning product should NEVER make its way into ice cream. Won't be visiting this store ever again and you shouldn't either.

Figured I treat myself and kids to some ice cream since I had to make a trip to the mall. Let's just say I won't be back to this location. Girl behind the counter was rude no hello, acted like we were on her time frame, didn't ask if we wanted anything in our ice cream, got one of the sizes wrong and then the guy who rang us up didn't ask if we wanted a bag or tops. Cold stone has good ice cream but also pricey so if I'm spending any kind of money I expect good service. Today is 01/22/22 at 5pm. If you don't like your job or people don't work here!

Curly hairs blonde/redhead was SO rude. Rolling her eyes and giving attitude for no reason. I understand working during the holidays sucks but your being paid to serve ice cream and deal w people all day. If you don't want to be too friendly it's understandable but being rude for no reason isn't correct.. it's giving unprofessional.

There was a blonde curly haired girl worker that was so rude for no reason. A group of us got there 5 minutes before closing which I get sucks but we asked if they were still open and she said yes.. We weren't being loud or rude and she just had the worst attitude.
