Courteous and helpful staff. Wide variety of choices and reasonable prices.
We decided to go inside & sit down. Big, big, BIG mistake. Everything in the kitchen is constantly beeping and in distress. It really makes it difficult to enjoy your meal and talk to your party when there is constant bells beeping, screeching and screaming “danger!” 😬😬
The staff on today was the best great personality

Customers appreciate the helpful and professional staff, especially at this specific location, where the employees are always friendly and assist with customized orders like the cheese-free Big Mac. The staff are overworked and underpaid, and the building has not been updated despite plans for retrofitting. Recently, a fire occurred, and the fryer has not been replaced yet. Additionally, the in-store kiosk can be difficult to use, and sometimes orders are forgotten, like BBQ sauce. Parking is limited and often full due to the gas station connected to the restaurant. Despite some challenges, the restaurant remains kid-friendly and has been praised for exceptional service at times, including free treats and customized meals.
