I generally like Ono Hawaiian BBQ. This location has a drive thru. Most Ono BBQ places do not have a drive thru because they cook to order. With this said, my food was okay. It simply could be that I didn't care for the cook at this location. Also, my food wasn't hot like it usually is. I frequently visit this establishment just not this location. Oveoverall, I was satisfied.

Never been to this location, but I love me some Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Was in the area and my baby was asleep in the car. Seen they had a drive thru and felt like it was meant to be lol. Anyways I get to the speaker box, asked the guy if they had the island fire chicken (because I didn't see it on their menu of available proteins) he said, "yea but if its not ready by the time you get up here you'll have to come in and get it" I told him my child is asleep in the car and what he just said defeats the whole purpose of a drive thru business smh His response was, "well we don't have time to be looking around for vehicles to bring it to" I didn't say nothing back at that point, because Im not going to go back and forth with an unprofessional moron. I just put my car in reverse and waited while all the cars had to back up to let me out. If you're that jerk and reading this... You were very unprofessional and an idiot to think I would leave my child in the car unattended to go inside to get food (after going through a drive thru ??♀️) because you were too lazy to do your job. Do better little guy? but FYI everyone Ono Hawaiian BBQ is still bomb, just try another location, because the energy at this one is negative. Have a good day!

Decided not to even order after walking in and seeing the workers attitude. If you don't want to be at work. STAY HOME. Don't bring your downer attitude to work!!! If you don't like your life, leave it at home. It's not the customer's fault. Get a job you like, or if you're having a bad day, call in sick!!! Lost a customer forever.

Food is consistently good but also consistently late. Placed an online order at 4 got to the store 5 and still waited an additional half hour. I've also noticed staff getting very sassy when I ask for sauces. I had no idea it was an inconvenience to ask for a basic service.

With 3 customers seating and already eating she was trying to hurry me up telling about 4 time WHAT DO YOU WANT, IAM TELLING YOU WHAT DO YOU WANT , WELL IM ASKING YOU WHAT DO YOU WANT?..she kept cutting me off wouldn’t even let me finish explaining myself, so I asked her if she was in a bad mood and I didn’t like the way she was talking to me her response continued being WELL IM TELLING YOU WHAT DO YOU WANT. So maybe Leticia needs morning shifts or maybe an extra day off??♀️. She never said HOW CAN I HELP YOU? HELLO WELCOME!

A quite area to eat dinner. Just make sure your group is ready to be seated; otherwise, they will ask you to wait until everyone is ready to be seated.
Came here at 9:45 PM (Location closes at 10PM) via the Drive Thru. I was greeted by a very rude nasty woman (Employee named Leticia) who immediately stated "HURRY UP WE ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE".I replied "GOT IT MA'AM, I'LL HURRY UP." .So I hurried up mainly because god forbid I made this lady so upset she'd give herself a damn heart attack due to her being so old. So when I was ready to order, no one was acknowledging me.....guess I hurried up to fast ? (Sarcasm) Anyways.....this location needs to update its hours because they apparently close at 9:45 PM not 10 PM. ONO management should definitely follow up on this location and rectify the lack of basic customer service skills this place lacks.Pitiful.

Have to write up a review because I had a really poor customer service experience here on 08/26/2023 (online order #20711346963578881) - my order was placed at 5:09pm; supposed to be ready by 5:29pm in which when I did arrive at 5:30pm the customer service rep with the glasses/longer haired guy said he would call me when my order was ready. He goes and announces to the kitchen asking about, "Order for Wendell," and it was very loud and clear the cooks were laughing out loud and staring my name several times. This instance made me really uncomfortable. The cherry on top was at by 5:47pm, nobody called my name so I went to the counter and asked the girl with the headset & curly hair about my order. Apparently my order had been ready and sitting out for a while, she had handed my order and addressed me in a condescending tone, "It's right here." While the food was great (I had a Katsu Chicken); crispy and tasty as expected, I think the service is no reason to return. I would much rather drive the extra two miles to get my fix from L&L Hawaiian or Auntie Mailes. You will never be made felt unwelcome at those locations.

Katsu is good but who messes up fried chicks I rather go to L & L on lomita personally
