Ordered a large pepperoni, chicken & mushroom pizza to be delivered to my house,,& ended up getting delivered somewhere else after posting that they were having trouble finding my house which is a corner house… How can you have trouble when they had a he address,, I’m outside in the garage & it’s a corner house…. Even with a Thomas guide you couldn’t mess up…After waiting & waiting & hadn’t eaten all day…. Your put through more hassle to order one pizza & drink than they do to make it & delivery… They’re the ones that are professionals in the pizza delivery business but can’t find me around the corner… down Vanessa to 182nd make a left , go down before you get to western & right there…. Weak ass service

Great food , I’m not sure if I got the same rude lady as everyone else, but I definitely had a very bitter lady helping. As I went to order I mentioned the deal I saw on an ad for 19.99 pizza and wings. She said that’s online only. I had to place an order on the app. When the order was finally ready, I asked for a few plates for my family, it was met with attitude. I don’t know why this lady was so mad. Also got incorrect change for a soda order then looked annoyed when I told her the change she gave me was wrong.

I'm real sorry but my pizza was absolutely nasty, dry, cheese was not melted and I'm not coming back. Pizza hut on carson st is better their crust is nice and crispy the sauce is perfect and it's just a good combination ?? of melted cheese,crispy crust,thick bread and the perfect sauce. I'm sorry but something was not the same here.

Always dirty location, tables always have crumbs, bathrooms always nasty. Employees watch customers wiping tables down like it's not their job. The owner obviously doesn't want this location to succeed.

The lady at the counter was rude. Unprofessional and should be retrained. I was with my whole family for my daughter birthday. She ruined my experience at your restaurant. I had mention to her that there was no soap in the restroom. She never went to check or replenish soap so we could eat with clean hands. I approached the counter and she totally ignored me. I have to raise my voice to get her attention. 16 wing didn't come with ranch. Not a problem but her response was so rude and uncalled for. We ordered on the app. She would not give me 8 plates to serve my family. Her excuse was that we didn't pay the dine in fee so she only gave me 5 plates. The pizza was undercooked and super soft. Please remove or retrain this lady.
