Friendly staff. Went out of way to assist people. I also saw the team leader or manager working with his team and he was respectful and motivational with them. A big Beal for me.

This was my first time trying Shake Shack. The shakes were really good, and the fries were crispy and delicious. The burger, while fresh, was a little bland for my taste, but I still ate it and enjoyed the overall experience. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I’d definitely go back for the shakes and fries!

I had ordered shake shack from one of the cashiers named Jenna and she recommended me the sunset lemonade. I went based off of her word and I LOVE IT. Her recommendation made me decide to order shake shack again due to have had built trust within the employees with recommendations. Definitely ordering shake shack again!

Cold Burger, forgot lettuce and tomato and did not say sorry when mentioning it. The food hall around it was super loud and not clean.

$$ for a shake that was regular, small, and not thick. The service was adequate. Jenna, the cashier, was friendly as well as London, who prepared the chocolate shake. If you are in the area, it is worth a try.

Parking: At the Del Amo Mall at 3 pm on a Tuesday should not have been difficult to find parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: All doors and curbs are wheelchair ramped and accessible.
