Hot coffees, cold brews, microbrews, and pastries are good. Their fraps are consistently lacking any flavor. Every time I order one it literally TASTES LIKE ONLY ICE. Sadly because they are my local franchise I just gave up on ordering fraps entirely! Sad for me but good for my waistline, customer service is good. Haven't complained yet. Don't have the energy for it
Recently, I went inside this facility 99% of the time I go to the drive-through. The cleanliness was top-notch. The service was just amazing the personalization of the service made me feel like I was in Cheers where everyone of those your name :) Congratulations to this store.
